Since establishing BMDR, I have been assisting my customers in many ways:
Helping them maintain their devices (Laptops, Desktop PCs, Phones, Tablets and Printers) through Repairs, Servicing, and Upgrades
Supplying a wide range of equipment, from refurbished laptops, to phones, and networking equipment
Setup and maintenance of local networks, both in offices, homes and holiday lets, to achieve better performance, or to repair damaged equipment.
Instructing customers in how to use their equipment, allowing them to get the most out of it, and complete tasks they wish to
Building and configuring quality, affordable websites and business email addresses, to give their businesses the professional look they need.

MY LOCATION
I operate out of a residential address, with all customer drop offs and pick ups taking place at the doorstep.
Because of my location, I ask customers consider my neighbours when parking, and dropping off. It is appreciated if idling engines, loud music and blocking driveways is avoided.
I also ask customers to respect that I do not have an open workshop, nor a storefront. As mentioned, in-person drop offs and collections are to take place at the doorstep, meaning BOOKINGS AND PRIOR ARRANGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL. I will not be providing any services to customers who just 'turn up'.
In some cases, it may be appropriate to use a contact free drop off / pick up arrangement, or collection and delivery (either by myself, or through a courier service. This can be arranged on a job by job basis. Please see the Local Collection and Delivery and Mail-In Repair pages.
